Sublimation Instructions:
Suggested Pressing:
- Temperature: 385°F
- Time: 50–60 seconds
Pre-Press:
- Pre-press for 10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles from the fabric.
Assembly:
- Allow the cover to cool, then place the blank side onto the design, and tape securely.
- Press the assembled cover using the suggested time and temperature settings.
Finishing:
- Immediately remove the passport cover from the press. Fold and unfold 2-3 times to set the shape.
Pro Tip: We recommend using a temperature gauge gun for more accurate readings as heat press machines can sometimes vary in actual temperature.
